Aien & Thara

I was gifted gifted with not one, but two names at the same time. Therefore, don’t be surprised if all you get, is a blank-stare from my relatives if you talk about “Thara” with them, as the “Thara” you are talking about is instead the “Atiqah” they know! Born in United States and raised in Penang, I am the pampered second child of the family and have been a Penangite since the last 19 years. Having stayed in Penang that long, you might be surprised at how poor my skill can be when it comes to Penang roads! But I’m working on it, so it won’t be long till the day I become the road-expert in Penang, just wait and see! ;)

Although I am an Information Technology graduate from Multimedia University (MMU), my love for writing has come a long way and served me a place as the sole creative writer in a webhosting company. Therefore, if you can’t find me in front of my loyal desktop searching for articles, or just yakking my heart away with my online friends, you could most probably find me on my bed instead, with pen & paper in my hands, composing a new poem to add to my poetry collection. :)

I can be very stubborn at times (maybe most of the time!), which is a fact, gladly confirmed by Aien. Hehe. And although I know I can be quite annoying with my 1001 whims sometimes, I am blessed to have someone like Aien who is always there, catering to my never-ending needs patiently. However, though, when I’m not sulking or driving Aien up the walls, I enjoy spending my free talking for hours with him, or just laze around on my fluffy bed, daydreaming away. ;)
